How do I return Boostaro for a refund?

Simply follow these steps:

  1. 1. Please send the remaining bottles (opened/unopened) to our return address at Nature's Formulas, 19655 E. 35th Dr., #100, Aurora, CO 80011, USA. Don't forget to include a note with your full name, the email address you used at the time of purchase, and the order ID.
  2. 2. To make the process smoother and faster, I highly suggest that you ask the post office to provide you with a return receipt.
  3. 3. As soon as you obtain it, take a photo of the return receipt showing the return tracking number and the address where you returned the item. This way, we can monitor it and process a refund once it's already in transit to our warehouse, even though we haven't received the physical item yet.
  4. 4. You must submit this information to us via email at [email protected] as soon as possible to avoid any issues with receiving your refund. The refund will be returned to the original payment method within 5-7 business days for credit card transactions and within 7-10 business days for debit card transactions, starting from the day the refund was processed. You'll also receive a confirmation email regarding this.
